Description: The Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida will receive sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors for the construction of Tom King Bayou Pedestrian Bridge.  This work includes the construction of a new pedestrian bridge over Tom King Bayou and will tie together an existing pedestrian path.  The project will consist of a 466 LF pedestrian bridge (366 LF timber + 100 LF concrete span) and 428 LF of connecting concrete pedestrian path, clearing and grubbing, minor grading and drainage and driveway patching as shown in the project plans and by the project manuals.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a pre-bid conference at on June 14, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. in the Santa Rosa County Public Services Media Room, 6051 Old Bagdad Highway, Suite 202, Milton, Florida 32583. At this time, EEO requirements for Federal-Aid projects will be discussed in detail along with many key aspects of the project. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference.
