Description: The City of Manchester is seeking bids to refinish the wood floors at the Manchester Recreation Complex at 557 North Woodland Street, Manchester TN 37355. The Base Bid is to refinish the 16,000 square foot gym and repaint/stripe the game lines. Floor is maple and last recoating was an oil finish. Alternate one is the cost to refinish and make any necessary repairs to a 2,000 square foot aerobics floor which is parquet maple 3/4 inch wide by 6 ¼ inch long. Alternate two is the cost to refinish 2 racquetball courts which are 800 square feet, repaint stripe game lines.
