Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Benjamin Hill Linear Park will be received at City of LaGrange, 200 Ridley Avenue, LaGrange, Georgia 30240, until 2 p.m., local time, on May 27, 2021, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of constructing an approximate 1,000-LF linear park encompassing approximately 2-acres in LaGrange, Georgia. The site is located along Whitesville Road near the intersection of Handley Street and Chatham Street. The park will consist of a curvilinear sidewalk, fencing, site lighting, and landscaping to include grassing, low ground cover, bushes and ornamental trees.
