Question: What is the process to participate in the virtual mandatory pre bid meeting scheduled for 2/23/21 at 2 PM?
Response: Send an email to dthomas@bcgov.net requesting an invite to the meeting. You will be put on the list and sent the invite a day or two before the meeting.

Question: Will other manufacturers of equipment be acceptable or do the units to be installed need to be manufactured by Trane specifically?

Question: On Sheet 32 of the IFB " Equipment" the first line states "List Enclosures: Attach list of all subcontractors, showing license numbers and licensing authority as applicable," Are we to submit this on our own sheet? I do not see a form in the IFB with for this list.
Response: Yes, submit on your own sheet

Question: On sheet 33 of the IFB "Equipment" it states to list all the equipment that we will furnish and install. Will this be a requirement for this IFB and if so would you release a list of what will need to be listed? RTU's, Disconnects, etc.
Response: The contractor shall furnish and install all equipment shown on the project drawings and specifications to be replaced and as required to make the systems operational. This includes but is not limited to RTUs, disconnects, equipment curbs, and gas piping. There will be no owner furnished, contractor installed equipment.
