Question: (3. Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid Only Brands Listed "No Alternatives") In the past I was allowed to substitute a CITGO product that meets or exceeds all of the specs of your "approved" oils as well as the Allison TES 295 spec. Being that we are a CITGO distributor we can get much better pricing on a CITGO product than we can the competitors products you have listed. Please let me know if we can substitute the CITGO product for this bid?
