Description: Williamson County Government is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) at two sites in accordance with the current ASTM E-1527 standard. The County is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, high quality services. Based on the Phase I results, the County may also require Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with the current ASTM E1903 standard; or other environmental investigation such as an Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA). This project is funded under an agreement with the State of Tennessee.
