Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held in person on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. (local time), at the Clayton County Water Authority’s Marie Barber Community Use Room, located at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260. Bids will only be accepted from Bidders who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. Contractors must sign in no later than 2:00 p.m. local time. All late entries will not be able to sign in.
