Question: is the flat roof of 3916 Claudious Way being replaced as well as the shingles and if so, what are the specs and material to be used.
Response: That is a pitched roof that is covered in shingles. It is the garage shed roof at the maintenance shop. Our plan is to use the same type of shingles.

Question: We are bidding the North Ridge shingle job and I want to verify that when you are saying 3800-3806 Titus way is that just the one building of even numbers or does that include the odd numbers 3801-3805 which is another building across the street?
Response: Our intention is to only reroof the buildings listed in the bid document at this time. those are as follows: 3800-3806 Titus Way 3809-3813 Titus Way 3917-3923 Claudius 525 Pertinax
