III B, Page 12. Will the selection of locations for installation of pressure transducers/ rain gauges and monitoring of these installations be just conceptual/ planning, or will it include actual monitoring on the field and actual data processing? 3. III C, Page 13. "Modeling". What kind of modeling is this referring to? 4. V, Page 13. Can you please expand on "Compliance Support"? What does it entail exactly?
