Question: Nothing specified. Is there a minimum crash rating requirement for these bollards? I.e. Pickup truck rated at 35 mph?

Response: We are not requiring a particular crash rating as long as the material and diameter that are stated in the bid requirements are followed.

Question: Are civil drawings from a licensed engineer part of the scope?

Response: We have already responded to this question. Please see the public solicitation.

Question: Is 304 stainless steel acceptable or does it need to be 316? Are stamped civil engineering drawings part of our bid?

Response: 316 stainless steel will be required. Stamped engineered drawings are not necessary as part of the actual submittal, but should be taken into account in your pricing since they will be required as part of the permitting process before work will be allowed to begin.
