Description:

Sealed bids for the Janitorial Services for North Charleston Senior Centers will be received by the City of North Charleston Procurement Department until 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2019, at North Charleston City Hall Lane, 3^rd Floor, Rhett Conference Room, North Charleston, SC 29406 at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

 

There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk through held at 8:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 09, 2019 at the North Charleston Senior Center, located at 6255 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC 29418.  All interested bidders will sign in for a short meeting before embarking on a short tour of the premises to view the areas covered under the scope of work.

 

The City reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the firm to provide the required services.
