Question: Can you please provide a form to answer the following: "All rates and reimbursable amounts should reflect the total unit costs to the County for the services required and should be included in the Price Proposal by Consultant. Price should be a separate PDF file labeled with the firm’s name and fee schedule."? We are trying to determine how to best answer this question for you.
Response: That is for the Architect/Engineer pricing.

Question: What is meant by "Approach to Ranking" and provide a "ranking system that is equitable and repeatable" for submittal content #2?
Response: That should have been changed to Planning Process....provide your planning process to move through the phases of the work. An addendum will be published after the meeting this afternoon.

Question: This may have been addressed, but how will special inspections and construction material testing be handled? Should it be part of an RFQ team or will the county be hiring those services?
Response: We will be looking for a turn-key project with the Architect handling all 3rd party and special inspections as part of construction management services.
