BID OPENING TIME: Thursday, April 16 at 1:00 P.M. (CHANGE)
With reference to Invitation to Bid PW-430, please note the following information contained in this addendum:
1. PW-430 bids will now only be accepted through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry Portal. The City Offices are currently closed to the public. Bids cannot be dropped off or mailed.
All Contractors who wish to submit a bid for PW-430 must register on the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal link below:

Once Registered, Contractors may view the PW-430 bid document, any addendums and submit a bid through Vendor Registry https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration
2. The bid opening date for PW-430 has been changed to April 16, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. This change is being made to allow contractors time to register online (see above) and prepare their bids for online submission.
