Question 1

Posted: 2/15/2021

Question: Good morning, I am Juan Granada from Anascol USA, LLC. I just received an invitation to participate in the Bid General Laboratory Analytical Services for the Escambia County Water Quality Laboratory, Rolling Hills Vicinity FY21_22 and I have some doubts about it. 1. Anascol USA, LLC is a branch in Hollywood Florida whose main headquarters are Bogotá Colombia. I wanted to know if that can be applicable in this bid since we have more than 20 years of experience in all types of analysis and we have worked on projects for more than $ 100,000. 2. Could you provide me with the exact address of Rolling Hills that need to do the tests. I'll look forward for your answer. Best Regards,

Response: To clarify: The submittal date deadline is 2/23/21 at 5:00 PM CST. The Rolling Hills sampling location is in Pensacola, FL so we need a laboratory with NELAC certs in the state of FL. The sample sites do not have an address and our field crew is taking the samples so our lab address is the only one available: 3363 West Park Place, Pensacola, FL 32505. We will consider shipping samples to a sub-contract lab but that cost has to be built in to the cost of the samples and not a separate charge. Most non-local, sub-contract labs send us pre-printed shipping labels with the bottle kits.
