Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Foley City Hall at 10:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. In the pre-bid meeting, the City will review the scope of work and the desired result. After the pre-bid meeting, contractors will visit the project site.
