Description: The Pensacola Beach Master Plan - Access Roadway Improvements Project is a roadway upgrade project located on Pensacola Beach. Fill (Per Escambia County LDC)” is independent of “Earthwork” and intended
for the following instances:

Unsuitable materials required to be
removed by the Escambia County LDC are encountered and need to be replaced

LDC approved Material is needed to
establish desired grades on or near the sandy beach areas of the project.
