ROCKWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT 2024 DISTRICT-WIDE HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT

The Rockwood School District invites you to submit a bid according to ROCKWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT’S: 2024 DISTRICT DISTRICT-WIDE HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT at Two (2) locations. Scope of work includes Removal of existing HVAC equipment and replacement with new HVAC equipment at Early Childhood Center Clarkson Valley and Eureka High School

THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING at the RSD Clarkson Valley Early Childhood Center, located at 2730 Valley Road, Chesterfield, MO. 63005, on WEDMESDAY, AUGUST 16, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. ONLY attending Bidders will be permitted to submit a qualifying bid.

Sealed bids are requested from qualified contractors for HVAC modernization projects at Early Childhood Center Clarkson Valley and Eureka High School. Only contractors meeting the requirements within the specifications will be considered as qualified bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders must provide a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed contract sum. The successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and to comply with the Missouri Department of Labor Standards Prevailing Wage Rates.

All bids must be received by the Director of Facilities (C/O Chris Freund) no later than THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Rockwood School District Facilities/Warehouse Building, 17146 Manchester Road, Wildwood, MO 63040-1001. No bids will be accepted unless submitted on the forms provided. Bids may be turned in prior to deadline; however, they will remain sealed until the bid opening. If a bid is submitted late, it will be returned to the Bidder in the sealed envelope in which it was delivered.

Bidder must have K-12 installation experience the previous 5 years and references for that work.
