The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners Purchasing Department (County) is requesting competitive sealed Proposals in support of refurbishing a 2004 Mack CXN612 Air and Light Truck for the Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services Department, meeting the specifications and as described herein.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 8/20/2019 12:00 PM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a mandatory meeting to review the requirements. The meeting will be held at Cherokee County Fire Station 8, 260 Hickory Road, Holly Springs, Georgia 30115 and will include inspecting the truck. The mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 between 12:00 to 4:00, by appointment only. Each interested party will be allowed up to one (1) hour to inspect the truck. The County is allowing time slots so that each interested company can thoroughly inspect the truck. All interested parties must contact Procurement by Friday, August 16, 2019, by 3:00 PM to schedule an exact time to view the truck. All attendees will be required to sign in during their scheduled time and a list of the attendees will be posted to Vendor Registry.
