Description: The City of Framingham Department of Public Works invites sealed bids for the provision of engine oil, hydraulic fluids and urea solution including storage and dispensing equipment.  The work also includes monthly disposal of lubricants per Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection regulations.  Contractors must conduct a site visit to bid.  Contact Jeff Rousseau, Director of Fleet, Facilities and Communication at jrousseau@framinghamma.gov to schedule a site visit.  Contractors may not visit the site without an appointment.
