Response: Arlington County does not maintain plan holders lists for solicitations

Question: On page 2 of the Bid Form, the question "HAS YOUR FIRM AND ITS PRICIPALS/OWNERS BEEN CONVICTED OR ANY CRIME RELATING TO ITS CONTRACTING BUSINESS IN THE PAST TEN YEARS?" does not have "Yes" or "No" boxes to check to answer the question.
