Description: Rio Rancho Public Schools (“RRPS”) is seeking to establish a District price agreement for the purchase of E-rate eligible Category 2 Services (Dependent upon available funding). Some of the RRPS current data architecture infrastructure is over five (5) years old, which is why RRPS is always looking towards future technology and advanced capabilities. The District is in the final stages of a switch refresh (in process) over the next year. This project requires a phased approach to include network electronics, associated licensing, support to physically implement the new equipment, and potentially maintenance services.

Question: Is there any flexibility in the RCDD requirement? Our RCDD is not a full time employee, but instead is a contracted employee.

Question: Is the EE98 license required for the low voltage cabling contractor? You are asking for BICSI level 1 installer certification. How many certifications are required to fill this need? Do you want ladder rack in the IT rooms?
