Description:

The City of Laurinburg is accepting bids for the Wesleyan Drive and Cypress Drive Drainage Improvements Project until 2:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, October 12^th, 2021 at City of Laurinburg, Attn: Harold W. Haywood, 303 West Church Street (Room 242), Laurinburg, NC, 28352.  In lieu of submitting bids by mail, the City will also accept electronic submission of bids by emailing hhaywood@laurinburg.org by the stated deadline. 

The Project generally consists of the following:

·        Site 1 - Drainage Improvements located near Wesleyan Drive to include: removing debris and vegetation, removing small trees, stabilizing disturbed areas, and disposal of excess materials.

·        Site 2 - Drainage Improvements located along Cypress Drive to include: regrading, stabilizing disturbed areas, and disposal of excess materials.

These Projects have expedited schedules tied to USDA Grant Funding.  Notice to Proceed (NTP) for both projects is expected on October 12^th, 2021, with project completion expected by November 17^th, 2021.
