Description: The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit three (3) years of financial statements commencing with the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022 and including fiscal year ending September 30, 2023, and ending with the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024 with the County's option to renew for three (3) one-year terms beyond the initial three (3) years. The audit will include the County’s constitutional officers (Clerk of the Circuit Court, Property Appraiser, Sheriff, Supervisor of Elections, and Tax Collector). These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards for financial audits set forth in the Governmental Audit Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States and the provisions of the Federal and State Single Audit Acts.
