The City of Goldsboro is seeking CONSULTANT ENGINEERS to provide general engineering and consulting services for multiple projects in the City of Goldsboro. Types of projects are listed in Section II, Scope of Services.
There is a wide project range, and the scope of services may vary for each project. Some projects will proceed in the current fiscal year and others will be funded in subsequent years. The Scope of Services may include but not be limited to the following:
