Description: The City of Myrtle Beach will be accepting Invitation for Bid (IFB) 24-B0034 for 2024 Harley-Davidson FLHTPs. The City has three (3) 2017 FLHTPs to trade for the 2024 model with all specified equipment installed and ready to use. IFB forms and requirements may be obtained from the Procurement Office located at 3231 Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC. IFB must be received by the Procurement Office prior to 2:00 PM, local time, Wednesday, February 14, 2024. No late or electronic submissions will be accepted. The City is not responsible for late or misdirected mail.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Optional: The City will host an inspection meeting for bidders to inspect the 2017 FLHTPs for trade. Attendance is not required, however trade-in values included in bid submissions are final. The inspection meeting will be held at 10:00a.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at the City of Myrtle Beach Police Department Substation #4 located at 1170 Howard Parkway, Myrtle Beach, SC.
