Question: 1. How does this school connect to the rest of the District's network? a. Is there a direct internet connection? Or, is the school's traffic backhauled to the districts central location? 2. Line item 9 of the MS Excel spreadsheet, if we cannot provide a switch with 1050W power supply, can we replace the switch with (2) 740W versions to support PoE over the full 48 ports required? 3. Response: This will be answered in Addendum 2.

Question: Can you provide us with the square footage of Borchert Loop Elementary? We have the floor plan which is perfect, but it doesn't have any measurements. The floor plan should have a scale, which is all we need. i.e. 1/32" = 1'

Response: This will be answered in Addendum 2.

I counted 31 on the top right and 36 on the bottom left. Are you saving the remaining 24 WAPs as extras for future replacement? If not, where should these 24 WAPs be placed?

Response: This will be answered in Addendum 2.

Question 5

Posted: 2/13/2025

Question: Are the cable trays/pathways covered under the electrical RFP? Is the Backbone/Fiber covered under the electrical RFP? Is the installation of the Racks/Cabinets covered in the electrical RFP? What is the height of the ceilings in the main hallways? Are Union Techs required? Do you need a project manager for the networking installation? Do you have a scissor lift available onsite? In the Excel spreadsheet, there are 17 switches, but did not specify the number of racks. What kind of rack do you need? Will this new campus have the infrastructure (electrical power, racks, cabling) in place to support the networking equipment (switches, WAPs)?

Response: This will be answered in Addendum 2.
