DISTRICT ROOF COATING PROJECTS

The Grandview C-4 School District is accepting bids for multiple ROOF COATING PROJECTS throughout the District including Grandview High, Elementary Schools: Belvidere, Butcher-Greene, & Meadowmere, and the District Maintenance building. Bidders will be able to bid all project sites as independent projects. Bid documents may be obtained from Drexel Technologies, Inc. (http://planroom.drexeltech.com) on Friday, February 18, 2022. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference & project walk-thru will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. starting at the District Maintenance building at 1920 High Grove Road then moving to all other locations. The pre-bid tour is estimated to take four hours to complete. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to access the project roofs prior to bidding. Bids will be opened publicly on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at 13015 10th Street, Grandview, MO 64030. Attendees must always wear masks and shall follow social distancing guidelines throughout the meeting. Pre-Bid & Bid attendees are limited to two people from each party.
