Description: The City of North Charleston intends to obtain grounds maintenance and repair services for Remount Road & Aviation Avenue Interchanges at I-26. Work will include but is not limited to regular cutting of grassed areas, pruning of shrubs, bushes and trees, fertilization, chemical treatments, mulching, planting of annual flowers, raking, cleaning and irrigation system repairs.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through will be held Thursday, April 28, 2022, at 10:00 am at the North Charleston Public Works Facility, Building A, Training Room, 5800 Casper Padgett Way, North Charleston, SC 29406. Interested bidders will meet inside the training room for a short meeting and sign in before embarking on their own to review the areas of responsibility !!!
