The City of Quincy will receive sealed competitive proposals in the Department of Purchasing, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, September 19, 2019 for the purchase of pistol and rifle ammunition for the Quincy Police Department.
