Description: The City of Lakeland is seeking a professional engineering firm to provide construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services for the Oliver Creek Sanitary Sewer Interceptor project which will reroute wastewater currently flowing to City of Memphis to the City of Lakeland Scotts Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The City will be utilizing American Rescue Plan (ARP) and State Revolving Loan (SRF) funds for the construction of the new interceptor. Due to the different funding sources, the City will bid the construction in three separate contracts.
