The proposed project will demolish and rehabilitate damaged commercial structures and parking areas in accordance with approved design plans. The scope of work for this solicitation is limited to the North Outparcel component of the project, further described as follows:
A. Project Component A is related to reconstruction of an Outparcel on the project site and replacement of a Pylon Sign. Activities for Component A will include:
• Demolition of the existing building
• Reconstruction +/- 5,000 sf of outparcel building into 2 suites of approximately 2,500 sf each with drive-thru located on the south side of the building.
• Reconstruction of the existing pylon sign
Proposed demolition and rehabilitation activities will not change the size or capacity of existing structures by more than 20 percent and the activities do not involve a change in land use.
