Description: The School Board of Martin County, Florida, in compliance with Florida Statute 287.055,
Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), is seeking qualified, experienced, licensed General
Contractors or licensed Building Contractors to commit, provide professional services as authorized
by F.S. 1013.45, and be responsible for Construction Management @ Risk (CMr) deliverables to
replace and rebuild the existing MURRAY MIDDLE SCHOOL (MMS) BUILDING(S) REPLACMENT
PROJECT, MARTIN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT (MCSD) 4400 SE MURRAY STREET, STUART,
FL 34997 as defined in this RFQ for this project.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Non-Mandatory Meeting & Site visit will be held on May 20, 2025 at the Murray Middle School (MMS) 4400 SE Murray Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
