Description: The City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for selection of an Architect/Engineer (A/E) and Construction Manager (CM) team (Team) to evaluate various city facilities, develop a recommendation on the repair, renovation or replacement of those City facilities and implement a Facilities Repair & Replacement Plan. The Team will also provide construction services to implement the recommendations as approved by City Council. The selected Team will consist of a team capable of completing the Assessment of the 2015 Facilities Evaluation, as well as the design and construction phases of the project.
