Description: The City has initiated surveys of City owned facilities in which construction and rehabilitation efforts are underway and ongoing. The scope of the project is to assist the City in developing a transition plan that encompasses all City-owned rights-of-way (“ADA Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way”), and to incorporate an overall ADA Transition Plan on behalf of the City of Murfreesboro to meet the Americans with Disability Act of 1990 (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504).
