The project is generally described as follows: 

·         Well equipping and site development for six wells in the City’s Blackwater well field.

·         Installation of well pumps and associated electrical improvements and controls.

·         Well site improvements including site grading, fencing, concrete pad, piping and appurtenances, and piping connections to existing transmission pipelines will be completed.
