Question: Can a PDF copy of the plans be provided with the elevation layer (numbers in brown, blue and green) turned off (or at least the layer able to be turned off - so the scope is more easily decipherable. Currently there is only one layer (order) to view.

Question: 1) The invitation for bid specifies usage of 2” grey schedule 40 PVC pipes. We would ordinarily use roll duct in boring applications such as this. Is 2” roll duct acceptable? 2) The invitation for bid specifies horizontal directional drilling/boring as the method of installation. Is stitch boring acceptable? 3) Pole and handhole materials and placement labor are outside of the scope of this bid, correct? 4) The invitation for bid generically makes reference to compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act. Can you please clarify whether this is a federally funded construction project subject to Davis-Bacon? If it is subject to Davis-Bacon, please provide the applicable prevailing wage determination(s).
