Response: To assist anyone intending on submitting a proposal for the On-Line Bill Pay: Are all the various departments listed in part 2 Background included in the RFP? At this time, it is Boat Excise Tax, Motor Vehicle, Personal Property, Real Estate and Water/Sewer. only. The City reserves the right to expand into other areas as discussed in the RFP. Please provide the Total credit card/debit card by volume and transaction count for 2019 by department included in this RFP? Volume = 1,377,136, Count = 5,522 (for fiscal 2019) Total e-check by transaction count for 2019 by department included in this RFP? Count = 20,360 Will the solution be provided to areas outside of Brockton MA? No How many Credit/debit swipe terminals (pin pads) are required? None, at this time.
