Description: The intent of this solicitation and resulting agreement is to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide a Child Care Licensing Management System (“hereinafter referred to “CCLMS” or “system”). The system shall provide robust childcare licensing program management and public access, including but not limited to childcare provider search, provider access, customized reporting, payments, and license application submission. The system must be a customizable, cloud-based system.
