Pond Road was paved in 2010 with a deep closed drainage system which partially runs underneath Pond Road. Georgetown County has conducted video inspection of the drainage system which shows multiple pipe separations and mineralization deposits at the joints. The project includes approximately 1122 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) between several manholes along with full depth patch at the sinkhole locations.

The Summary of Work in this Section comprises the POND ROAD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, Georgetown, Georgetown County, South Carolina. The following scope of work description is intended to be general in nature. The intention is to have the successful Contractor perform all of the work included and presented within the Construction Contract Documents, paying particular attention to the Summary Schedule, Key Milestones in Division 0, Section 00750. The Contractor shall comply with and be responsible for all of the requirements of the Project Manual including the Drawings and Specifications.
