Question: 1. Would you accept bank client references that are in scope and size from outside of the Massachusetts area? 2. Would the City accept bids from banks who outsource their Lockbox to a third-party provider? 3. Does the request for contracts pertain to Municipal Clients, specific to Lockbox or does this pertain to bank clients using any bank services? Please clarify what specific contracts are being requested. 4. Given the short period between Q&A response and the April 27th deadline to submit the RFP, would you consider extending the RFP deadline?
