Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids
will be accepted by City of Raton for the 1st Street Renovation Phase One
Project. The work shall generally consist of: Sidewalk, drainage and
landscape improvements to include concrete sidewalks with brick pavers, curb
and gutter, miscellaneous concrete structures, ADA improvements, asphalt
patching, striping and signage, inlets, plantings and irrigation, and street
light pole bases with conduit.

available on the QuestCDN Project Bid Management System, which requires bidders
to register at no cost at www.questcdn.com. Registered bidders can download the bid
documents for this project (QuestCDN Project No. 5886386)
for a nonrefundable fee of $10. Contact QuestCDN at (952) 233-1632 for
any questions concerning their website. The QuestCDN Project Q&A will be
the official venue for posting questions and answers. Questions posted to the
Engineer after August 12, 2018 will not be
answered.

Sealed bids shall be received at the office of the City
Manager as follows until August 21, 2018 at 3:00 pm. Bids received after this date and time
will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud
immediately after the specified closing time. All interested parties are
invited to attend the bid opening. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the
amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
