o Construction of a new records storage addition
o Interior renovation of existing warehouse records room.
o Relocation of existing high-density storage units from Central Office Building and Warehouse records room.
o Miscellaneous site & utility work.
• Pre-Engineered Metal Building Addition (Alternate Bid):
o Construction of new pre-engineered metal building for maintenance and yard storage.
• Renovation of Central Office Legal Department Suite (Alternate Bid):
o Tenant improvement of office suite.
