Description:
The City of Goodlettsville (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to complete a feasibility study for the construction of an indoor aquatic facility in order to allow for year-round use. The study should contain a market analysis of local and regional demographics to identify existing and potential users. The study shall also include facility design and indicate operational costs, programming analysis, and a minimum of a three-year pro forma budget. Proposals shall include estimated time frame to complete assessment and provide a final report.
