Asphalt concrete surface (Hot Mix) to meet Tennessee Department of transportation specifications section 411. Please quote price to load on county trucks at plant and also F.O.B in place. All F.O.B. in place shall met specifications in section 411. Equipment used in construction shall meet TDOT requirements as found in section 407-04-407.08. F.O.B. in place pricing must include trucking cost. Pricing shall be effective from date of award through June 30.
