Response: 1. Our applicant pool is not as deep for leadership as it has been in the past. We are looking for ways to invest and grow present and future leaders in their instructional capacity and systems management. 2. Yes 3. This is the first RFP for this service 4. A committee of district staff will be evaluating all responses. 5. No 6. RFP was publicly advertised and open for any firms to respond. It was not sent to a specific selection of firms.

Response: The number of campuses that will receive individual support has yet to be determined. The Office of School Leadership will consider multiple factors in determining who will receive direct support. All leaders will receive professional learning.

Response: For the purpose of this RFP, the vendor would be working with the Office of School Leadership, Chief of Schools (7 positions). The number of personnel included at the school level would depend on the level (elementary or secondary) and leadership team structure.
