Proposals will be opened March 15, 2019 in the council chambers at 10:00 a.m.  The proposals will be reviewed to determine the appropriate bidder. A recommendation award will be presented to the Board of Aldermen March 25, 2019.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
