  1. Additional two non-mandatory site visits are scheduled as follows:

 

SITE VISIT

A nonmandatory site visit will be held. Contractors planning to submit bids are encouraged, but not required, to be represented at a Site Visit on June 8, 2021 at 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or on June 10, 2021 at 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The site visit will begin promptly at the designated time at the front entrance of 2900 S Eads Street, Arlington, Virginia 22202.

The site visit will follow CDC guidelines regarding social distancing. Face masks will be required for all attendees. In order to attend the site visit, Contractors should RSVP by emailing sgezachew@arlingtonva.us by 5 p.m. on June 7, 2021 providing the names, email addresses, phone numbers, and the titles of the attendees. To regulate group sizes, Contractors must sign in with the County representative on site prior to entering. Depending on the number of attendees, the site visit may require one or more groups to enter the building separately.

All individuals involved in the site visit are required to wear proper face coverings. Please do not attend if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms or if you have been exposed to someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days:

•Coughing                                                                                  •Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

•Fever of 100.4 or higher                                                       •Chills

•Sore throat                                                                              •Muscle aches

•Recent loss of taste and/or smell
