District hereby invites the submission of bids for a large, 9 passenger 2018 or 2019 ½ ton SUV for use
by the Portales Municipal School District.
The Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be sealed and delivered no
later than 4:00 pm MST on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at the
Portales Municipal School District, L.C. Cozzens Administrative Office, 501
South Abilene Ave, Portales, NM 88130, Phone Number (575) 356-7000.

under RFP/RFI Bids.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or
all proposals and to waive all formalities.
