The City of Parkland, Florida is currently requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide for the:

Terramar Park Multi-Use Fields Project - RFP #2018-01

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive proposals from qualified companies to obtain competitive Proposals

for all material, labor and equipment to construct two multi-use athletic fields, bleachers, shade structure, athletic field lights, drainage, irrigation and appurtenances as indicated on the plans.

Sealed proposals shall be received by the Office of the City Clerk, at Sal Pagliara City Hall, 6600 University Drive, Parkland, Florida 33067, on or before 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 15, 2017, at which time and place proposals will be publicly opened.  Proposals received after that time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a proposal is received will be resolved against the Offeror.

There will be a MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting and site inspection on November 17, 2017 at 10:00AM at City of Parkland City Hall 6600 University Drive, Parkland Florida 33067.  All Proposers planning to submit a proposal are required to attend this meeting.  Proposals received from Proposers who have failed to attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will not be opened or accepted and returned to the Proposer unopened.
