Description: Okeechobee County is seeking proposals for the acquisition and redevelopment (the "Project") of a 15,251 square foot, one-story building physically located in the Okeechobee County Airport Commerce Park at 2455 NW 19th Blvd., Okeechobee, Florida (the "Site").    The purpose of the RFP is to solicit for the purchase of the Building on the Site and Land Lease for Lots 7, 8 and 9 (approximately 3.099 acres).  The County is seeking Proposals that offer the greatest opportunity for the highest and best use of the Site at the highest benefit to the County, as more specifically defined within the proposal. The Project poses a unique opportunity for a public-private partnership to establish a catalyst for economic development in the greater Okeechobee and south Florida markets.
